CURTAINS.
In today’s standards, you may experience non-identical (ceiling to floor) height on its left and right side. Our next degree of accuracy would be taken from 3 points, which are the left, right and centre of the window. This should minimize unevenness of fabric once installed. Standard aluminum (white coated) curtains tracks are provided.

WALLPAPER / CUSTOMISED WALL STICKER & DECAL.
We encourage and advise the conditions of surface applied to must be smooth and no indentations from screws, cracks or broken paint. Ideal installation would be an application of sealant treatment on its surface, especially on partition boards and wood surface and walls. We shall not be held liable for any de-lamination, mismatch of print, bubbles and any other conditions due to the above treatment not furnished. After installation, the wallpaper area requires 7 days of resting period for glue pockets to dry up thus, we will only advise the next (one-time) touch-up to be done is only 7 days after date of installation.
Note that all black colour surface wallpaper will have visible joining lines compared to lighter shades models, thus touch-up is required to reduce the visibility of its pale paper / vinyl base.

ROLLERBLINDS / WOODEN BLINDS / VERTICAL BLINDS.
Item will come with accessories, i.e flat bottom bar and pulley system, etc, with either white or black controls. Occasionally you may experience non-identical (ceiling to floor) height on its left and right side due to the structure of the ceiling. At windows, which require 2 rollerblinds side-by-side, it is common to find the rollerblinds lopsided and hit each other during use. To minimize the fault, we will take the liberty to add “washers” to straighten this condition when require. As such, a noticeable gap may be present and deem acceptable.

WINDOW FILM / CARPET / VINYLED FLOORING
Carpet and Vinyl Flooring are advise to have the goods delivered to the site location 1 day before the day of installation. This would allow the products to clematises for any expansion / contraction to local conditions and temperatures of the venue. This will reduce the gap present between each individual joining. Wastages due to the layout of space and are borne by the client as it deem necessary for the completion of work.
